I was in the SABA/MPS Studio for the last session for this label. Albert Mangelsdorff and Lee Konitz were recording as a duo, but the recording never came out because MPS was sold. Some years later I phoned ENJA and told about this date und the tapes were issued as "THE ART OF THE DUO".

I shot some photos while the musicians were relaxing.
